Corbett's features an inventive menu and cutting-edge technology. Built in the historic Von Allmen mansion, which once housed Kentucky's first working dairy farm, Corbett's boasts a stunning interior design, a menu with the highest quality ingredients, extensive wine list, impressive artisanal cheese selection and an interactive digital chef's table.
Featuring American cuisine, the menu showcases the abundance of local purveyors as well as the best ingredients from around the world.
Chef Corbett has put together an all-star team of managers to join him in overseeing the new restaurant. Chris Howerton serves as executive chef, working with chef Corbett on menu development and execution; Kevin Rice oversees the kitchen of Corbett's in addition to Equus and Jack's Lounge in the role of corporate chef; Gina Baker handles front-of-the-house training as general manager; and J. Troy Ritchie, who has led Equus Restaurant to five Wine Spectator awards, serves as wine director. Ritchie has assembled another award-winning wine program at Corbett's stocking the cellar with 300 wines.
