Owner & Executive Chef Dean Corbett, along with Corbett’s Culinary team,
will work with you to create the perfect menu, should you want passed
hors d’ oeuvres, a light lunch menu, a hearty buffet or a refined prix fixe menu.
In addition, Director of Service and Sommelier J. Troy Ritchie will use his extensive knowledge of wine and customer service to tailor the event to your personal tastes and desires. We are a full service caterer capable of coordinating all aspects of your event,
from food and beverage to wait staff and logistics.
